This blend features a healthy dose of fresh, fruity Grenache mixed with an almost equal portion of darker, spicier Mourvedre. Syrah holds the backbone of smooth tannin and velvety mouthfeel. But here’s the secret: 9% Malbec makes the whole thing burst with intensity!

Apex is our pinnacle of Cabernet-based blending.  Dark, rich, and smooth in texture, the aromatics are fresh blueberries, roasted coffee, anise, and caramel.  Integrated tannins frame a core of ripe dark berries and cocoa.
