2023 Rosé

Tasting Notes
In this rose blend, Grenache brings the fresh strawberry aromas. Zinfandel gives body, structure, and creamy texture. Pinot Noir adds aromas of white flowers and a perfect balance of acidity.

Winemaking Notes
For us, Rosé is the art of the blend. As we crush grapes to make red wine, a small amount of juice is taken from each tank and fermented separately. Because of the short amount of time in contact with the skins, the resulting wine is light pink in color, but has a lot of flavor! Blending these varieties together helps us paint a complete picture of the harvest year.
