Bavarian Lion Vineyard is tucked away in north-east Sonoma county, almost a stones-throw away from Calistoga. The warm climate lends itself to fully ripening Sauvignon Blanc fruit. In the cellar, a careful selection of neutral oak barrels lifts the aromatics and enhances mouthfeel.
